Just remember that, are you creating the best story ever that you will tell others?

Unproductive but informative day

Today, i went out for lunch with Dad's club friends and did some digging for loan. Apart from that an okay type of day. Someone who i know gave me an advice for expansion. Take one person  from here who knows everything about that product. Print beochures in local language and send them to the local public. Get some local employees who can work on commision basis and then the whole area is ready for business.

Goals are mutual.

We achieve our goal if we help others achieve a similar goal. For that, we need to have someone with that kind of dreams. The solar power goal to become the most innovative company in energy will be achieved will be achieved because the government has a 22,000 MW goal by 2022. The people in India have an electricity shortage and they have a goal to achieve 100% electricity in their homes.

If no one has goals, incentives work well and in the guise of that particular return people will run to fulfill those dreams..

Keep working on the stuff you are: it is always best to do things based on hours. Determine the hours you want to work, if you go beyond those hours working on a thing just leave it/make note of it and do that the next day or a later time. Then, just start doing the other thing which is prioritized for that hour.

Make sure the hours you have worked in a day are in total that are important for your business, not for other work or relevant to your expense management. Its this simple: you have to see how productive those hours went either in cost cutting or revenue generation. That's it. Key to your business success is here!!

1. Set Goals, Follow Through, when achieve they set more new goals
2. Experience matter to them than possessions
3. They want to change the world and have the best life ahead
4. In the pursuit they get the money

The girl in the video has interviewed 30 millionaires and their habits. She has wrote a book out of that (The Eventual Millionaire)

The best thing that someone is to serve others (being helpful)....

I want to serve others by taking a price from them. (the price that is set by me) which align my goals in life. The Gurus and Swamis in Hinduism are here to serve others but the devotees have to pay the price for it (in the form of time and devotion). So nothing is free in the world. But at the end of the day, it is all matter.

At the end of the day (though, its morning right now), we are all servants serving the purpose of our superiors or the public (mass).

I am a servant to my manager, my manager is a servant to his manager. And so on. Very good perspective, but hard to swallow the idea.

I want to serve my shareholders (i.e. I want to have a publicly traded company in next 20 years and serve the shareholders as a good CEO and serving all thw other stakeholders get included in the duties).

The whole concept thing is great, but it is just great on paper. Execution is the key to getting ahead.

And people have big goals, but success is only achieved when you know that our biggest goal is only to reach to the next step in the checklist for that goal....

Long back, I told someone that business or any goal in life is making a checklist and then follow through each of them like a teacher asking/inquiring for homework from the students.

That's it. I have started working on making one, and let's see how it works out...
